Hi everyone I would like to know how to put iTunes music on windows movie maker (Windows Vista Home Premium) I didn't buy the music off of iTunes store I bought a album from a retail store I imported the album on iTunes but everytime I try to put it or drag it on Windows Movie maker it says I need codec or I can't drag it in there. Having problems importing i Tunes music files into Windows Movie Maker. When I search for them, the do not immediately show up as Audio Music files. I have to force them to appear in the i Tunes file by selecting 'all files'. They then show up as.m4a files. To create your own Memories from an album, or a specific month or day: Go to the Albums tab and select the album. Or go to the Library tab and tap Months or Days. Tap the More button, then tap Play Memory Movie.
